Actively You

Actively You Actively You (Previously Actively Edge Fitness) offers mobile personal training to the eastern and W

Our founder Brittany Frino formed Actively You in 2017 (formerly Active Edge Fitness) after her own life was transformed through healthy eating and exercise. Britt lost a lot of weight through her journey but more importantly, she gained a healthy body image, began to enjoy exercising and a balanced view of eating. Britt’s journey inspired her to begin Actively You, where we empower other women to

feel more positive about their bodies by improving their health and fitness. We combine our first-hand experience via our own fitness journeys as well as our qualifications to show others that exercise can actually be enjoyable. Actively You show our clients that reaching your goals and improving your health isn’t complicated. We cut through the clutter of messaging in the fitness industry with clear, measurable steps to achieve practical goals.

Feel like you’ve tried everything… and nothing sticks?

I get it. Truly.

The amount of women I speak to who feel like they’re the problem is heartbreaking.
But here’s what I need you to hear:

👉 It’s not you. It’s the approach.

You were never meant to:
• Do 2-hour workouts
• Cut out all your favourite foods
• Rely on motivation to stay consistent

No wonder it hasn’t worked.

My coaching is built around helping you:
✔ build strength (without burnout)
✔ create routines that fit your life
✔ feel confident in your body again
✔ and actually enjoy exercise

Because that’s what makes it stick.

And when it sticks? Everything changes.

If you’re ready to do this differently this time…
send me a message 💙

If you’ve ever felt like you “just can’t stick to it”…

I want you to hear this:

👉 It’s probably not your willpower.
👉 It’s probably not because you’re “lazy.”
👉 It’s probably because what you’ve been trying… was never sustainable in the first place.

Most women I work with have tried:
• All-or-nothing gym routines
• Cutting out their favourite foods
• Forcing themselves to do workouts they hate

And it works… for a few weeks.

Until life gets busy, your energy dips and you eventually lose that motivation.

And suddenly you’re “starting again” (again).

But here’s what needs to change:

✨ You don’t need to go harder
✨ You don’t need to be more strict
✨ You need something you can actually stick to

Why? Because your results come from…
• Showing up when you can
• Doing workouts you don’t dread
• Building strength slowly
• Letting it fit into your life (not take over it)

Even 2–3 short workouts a week can change everything.

And no… it doesn’t have to feel like you’re dying to work!!

If you’re ready to stop starting over and actually build something that lasts… Send me a message or drop a 💪 below 👇🏻

So many women think their progress is only measured by the number on the scale.

But your body is changing in so many other ways 👏

More energy.
Feeling stronger.
Clothes fitting better.
Less food guilt.
Actually enjoying movement.
LESS PAIN!!!

These things matter just as much. Sometimes even more.

Because the real goal isn’t just to lose weight.

It’s to build a body and lifestyle that actually feels good to live in 💙

Tell me in the comments…
What’s a non-scale win you’ve noticed lately? 💪

For so many women, exercise has always felt like something we have to do.

To shrink ourselves, to burn off our meals and to fix our bodies.

But your body was never something that needed to be fixed or punished. It was meant to be strong. 💪

Strong enough to carry the groceries.
Strong enough to run with your kids.
Strong enough to handle whatever life throws your way.

The goal isn’t to exercise for 12 weeks.

The goal is to build a body that supports you for the rest of your life.

The women I train aren’t chasing perfection. They’re building:

✨ Strength
✨ Confidence
✨ Energy
✨ A routine that actually fits their life

No extreme workouts, No all-or-nothing mindset, No “start again Monday” cycle.

Just learning how to move their bodies in a way that feels good and lasts.

Because strong women aren’t built in short challenges.

They’re built through consistency, support, and believing they deserve to feel good in their bodies. 💪

If you’re ready to start moving your body in a way that actually lasts, send me a message

So thrilled to finally be feeling like a human again now that my mounjaro dose is going down!!

I’m currently on a bit less than half the dose I was on that I needed to lose weight, which has made the side effects so much less.

My side effects were really bad and I felt quite nauseous almost all of the time so to feel good 90% of the time now is amazing.

Unfortunately, I’ll have to stay on the medication a long time but there’s not much I can do about that as my insulin resistance is caused by genetic factors and endometriosis so no amount of diet and exercise could change that.

I’m still battling some fatigue but again the endometriosis contributes towards that but I’m so thrilled to finally be feeling so much better.

Have you started coming down off of your dose? How are you feeling?

Ps. Some PT sessions are opening up soon on Wednesdays so if you’re in Camp Hill and surrounds of send me a DM 🩷🩷

Everyone says “just start slow.”

But here’s the part they don’t explain…

What’s ‘slow’ for one body can still be WAY too much for another.

Especially after weight loss.
Especially if energy is unpredictable.
Especially if you’ve already been pushing for years.

So you try… You feel wrecked, you still hate it and assume it’s just not for you.

But it’s not you!

The problem is plans that don’t adapt.
Realistic strength means adjusting *within* the plan, not quitting it altogether.

That’s how movement becomes something you can actually stick to 🩷🙌🏻

Your routine is not going to look perfect in December... And that is okay!

Between events, travel, food, and tired days, trying to do everything “right” usually just leads to stress and guilt.

On a GLP-1, your progress is not fragile. Your appetite is still lower. Your habits still matter more than a few busy weeks.

Focus on protein most days.
Move your body in simple ways.
Let maintenance be enough.

December does not need to be about pushing harder. It can be about holding steady and enjoying your life.

If you want a strength and movement plan that fits real life, even during the holidays, comment HER and I will send you the StrongHer plan

✨ Your medication helps you lose weight, but your strength is what helps you keep it.

Most women think they need more cardio or more discipline to maintain their results, but that is not how the body works. Your muscle is what protects your metabolism, your energy and your confidence.

When your strength goes down, life slowly feels harder. When your strength goes up, everything becomes easier.

This is why StrongHer exists!

Short, simple strength sessions you can do at home.
No gym.
No perfection.
A plan that fits low energy days and real life.

If you want a stronger metabolism, steadier energy and long-term results, comment HER and I will send you the StrongHer starter plan 💪

Save this one so you remember the part that actually keeps your results.
