Sunday Social at FiitClub has the same coaching and energy you know, just with a different feel. It’s our once-a-month bigger group session where 20 people come together to train, move, and start the day on a high.

It’s more of a social vibe, with extra buzz in the room, great music, and a full body strength and conditioning session that still gives you a solid workout.

You walk out sweaty, stronger, and feeling good after doing something for yourself and sharing it with good people.
