TOGETHER ROUND ANNOUNCEMENT

Congratulations Tigers. We have officially completed our Season Opening Rounds and today you all get to enjoy a well earned sleep in for TOGETHER ROUND.

This Thursday 4 June 2026 we celebrate everything we have achieved so far in building the Cardinia Tigers Netball Club by coming TIGERTHER.
JUNIORS
PJ & Flouro Training 5.00 to 6.00pm Followed by delicious Amalfi Pizza to share together.
SENIORS
Dinner at Club Officer 6.30pm There is no training this week. This is our chance to connect, relax and get to know each other off the court.

Please RSVP in your Team Poll so we can organise bookings and catering.

Cardinia Tigers Netball Club
Committee Meeting – Tuesday 26 May 2026 at 6.45pm

We will be holding a Committee Meeting this Tuesday to appoint new members to both our Executive Committee and General Committee before continuing with general business.

With recent changes to our Executive team, we are opening the floor for nominations for the Executive position of Vice President, along with additional General Committee roles.

This is a great opportunity to step in, support what has already been built and help guide the club as we move into the second half of our season. We’ve achieved so much already and we want passionate people around the table as we continue to grow, celebrate and strengthen our Tigers community.

A Nomination Form for Vice President and Committee roles is available upon request.

Round 7 – Cardinia Tigers vs Narre Warren at James Bathe Reserve

A note from PREZ KEZ

Another big weekend of netball taking on the young and talented Narre Warren at James Bathe Reserve. Sunshine, smiles and our second home game in a row. Our volunteers were flying again. Canteen crew smashing it and Pete on the BBQ doing what he does best. That’s Tigers spirit.
We’ve taken some hits with injuries and season withdrawals, but we don’t drop our people. We find ways to keep every player connected because belonging is our backbone. And the word is out. New players are lining up to join Cardinia Tigers because they can see we’re starting to contest, starting to believe and starting to rise. The scoreboard never shows the whole story of a club on the move.
Our 17s were the stars this week. Tight, controlled, only three goals off a win and every athlete showing growth. The team play is starting to look like dreamwork and it’s exciting to watch.
And how good were our 17s stepping into seniors. Alannah and Dakota in D Grade, Nyayar in C Grade and Tanvi making her A Grade debut. They didn’t just fill spots. They made impact. Our pathway is working and our young Tigers are ready.
We now head into a well earned two week break. Training rolls on and we’ll squeeze in a junior and senior bonding session to keep building connection across the whole club.
A reminder that we have a Special Committee Meeting this Tuesday. We’re calling our Tigers family together as we look to welcome new faces into both Executive and General Committee roles. This is your chance to help shape the direction of our club, strengthen our culture and be part of the team driving Cardinia Tigers forward.

Round 6 – Cardinia Tigers vs Berwick at James Bathe Reserve
A note from PREZ KEZ

Cardinia Tigers Netball Club hosted a magnificent Round 6 at James Bathe Reserve. The sun was out, the crowds were buzzing and our whole precinct was alive with activity. With multiple sports on the ovals, the Cardinia Shire Community Leadership Program indoors and competitive netball on our courts, Berwick became our first real point of measure both on and off the court.

Our Juniors
Our 13s faced a very strong and well‑drilled Berwick outfit. The scoreboard didn’t reflect the effort, intent or improvement in our ball movement. Their hunger to defend and attack is growing every week and the foundations are being laid.

Our 15s produced another great contest, finishing with their second draw of the season. This group never throws in the towel. Their work rate is lifting and it won’t be long before those draws turn into convincing wins.

Our 17s continue to show genuine promise and have now moved into the White Division. This shift will bring closer contests and give us the perfect environment to grow, learn and develop as a team.

Our Seniors
This week our senior squad showed the greatest improvement across the club. Every team worked hard for each other, competed in every position and played with growing confidence. We’re getting scores on the board, building belief and taking real steps forward as a united senior group.

Off the Court
Our volunteers were outstanding. From set‑up to pack‑up, the canteen was humming, scoresheets were sharp, court supervisors were organised and first aid was on point. It takes many hands to run a great club and this week showed just how strong our Tiger community is becoming.

We are well on our way to establishing a culture built on effort, pride, connection and care. Round 6 was a reminder of why Cardinia Tigers Netball Club exists and where we are heading.
