The Ciaron Maher-trained FOIRE DE TRONE (E Brown) has shown an immediate liking for the clockwise way of going.

Having her first start in Sydney, the 5yo scored in a benchmark78, 2400m, at Royal Randwick on Saturday - coming from midfield mid-race on a soft6 track.

Foire de Trone now has 5 wins in 15 starts for $212,000 in earnings.

Super mare Belle Neige has the Group 1 New Zealand Dominion Trot on her radar.

The Yabby Dam Farms-bred and owned multiple group 3 winner and group 1-placed 6yo is among 44 nominations for the big feature to be run at Addington Raceway in Christchurch on Tuesday, November 10.

Trained by Michelle Wallis and Bernie Hackett, Belle Neige is a 10-time winner for $250,000 in earnings.

She has not raced since April, but is close to making a return.

Her latest campaign featured back-to-back G3 wins.

First rankings for the Dominion will be released on Thursday (August 20).

Open to fillies, colts and geldings by Yabby Dam Farms stallions from 2026 season coverings, the new Classic gives breeders, owners and trainers an exciting incentive to aim for.

To mark the announcement, Yabby Dam Farms is also offering a 20% discount on advertised service fees for selected chilled stallions based in New Zealand, with conditions applying.

There’s no guarantees in the breeding game.

A strong racing career does not necessarily mean success in the breeding barn.

However, for Yabby Dam Farms it is a formula which continues to get the desired results.

In the past week four-time G1 winner Une Belle Allure, G3 winner Ima Bourbon Girl and two-time G3 winner Egee Money all produced winners.

No Money No Honey (Egee Money) delivered on her early promise with a win in a free-for-all for mares at Melton on Saturday (July 25).

The 4yo mare now four wins, with a best winning mile rate of 1:56.
