Updated timetable is now live!

Whats different?

Due to many of our early morning crew needing to leave for work early. We have now merged wrestling and MMA into the early session which is now 5am until 630am. Giving you plenty of time to fit all of your training needs in. The wrestling portion of class will kick off around 530am if thats your main focus.

This coincides with our Alta program which has started again. If you have no experience and would like to test yourself in a cage fight in 20 weeks then our 530am session is for you.

Wednesday night now has jiujitsu from 515pm before blending into our wrestling and MMA program.

All other classes remain the same

All levels are welcome always. So if you're looking at giving combat sports a try feel free to come join us!
