I’m all about ✨GROWTH✨ over here.
My views on training have changed so much since becoming a mum to a gorgeous, yet very clingy and busy little man.
The reasons I haven’t trained in the past week-
✨ We didn’t sleep
✨ All our naps were contact naps
✨ Mum tried to put Ziggy down in his playpen WITHOUT being in there with him (the audacity) ✨ I prioritised a clean house over a workout (cleaning helps my anxiety sometimes more than training does)
✨ I AM TIRRRRRED 😆🙌🏼
This isn’t to say that sometimes I don’t ‘push through’ and train anyway and it’s not to say that I don’t push my clients to do the same, but it is to say that I have become more lenient within myself and within my role as your trainer.
We will get the results- and we will get there without feeling guilty that we are human and that sometimes that workout just isn’t going to happen.
I don’t just want you to gain physical changes- I want you to feel the mental shift into a more forgiving, healthy and balanced lifestyle 🌻
