- Not following a program and just ‘winging’ your session
- Not tracking your weights! If it’s not measured, how can it be measured?
- Counting warm up sets as working sets eg. Starting with the barbell for first set, add 10kg for second set, another 10kg for Third. You have not just done 3 sets, you’ve warmed up.
- Train ALL rep ranges.
- Fuel your body correctly
