Our 45 min class features the first 30 mins of choreographed dance-cardio jumping routines to burn calories fast and finishes with 15 minutes of muscle toning. Our 1 hour class features the first 40 mins of choreographed dance-cardio jumping routines to burn calories fast and finishes with 20 minutes of muscle toning.

Amazing week back for me at ((BOUNCE)) Cardiff 🩷

I don’t know if anyone can relate at this point in time, but for the last few weeks I was feeling out of whack. Mentally and physically drained. Then after one bounce class, I walked out feeling like me again.

Sometimes movement isn’t all about burning calories, hitting goals or ticking off your exercise for the day. Sometimes it’s simply about reconnection, clearing your mind, lifting your energy and remembering how good your body is meant to feel.

If you’ve been stuck in rot mode, low on motivation, or just not quite like yourself lately, this is your reminder one class, one workout, can be enough to shift you back into action 🩷

Thank you everyone who continues to put in the effort supporting BfitbodyCardiff, not just for us but for yourself.

First week of May ✅

As much as getting out of bed can be disheartening at times, Saturday mornings will always have my heart 💓 Especially now, as our afternoon classes have become quite dark, ((BOUNCE)) in the morning is the BEST way to start your weekend 😙🔆

You can join us this month every Saturday at 8am in Cardiff, as well as Monday nights at 6:30pm!
