Even if sometimes it feels like you have to drag yourself away and get to class, there is no better feeling afterwards and you never regret it.

I’m excited for next week!!! We have our normal but normal classes on Monday and Thursday 6:30pm - so BOOK BOOK BOOK 🩷🩵

Just a side note for August - I will be running classes only on Monday and Thursday nights as of now, just for the rest of winter. Still same time 6:30-7:30pm.

Best Bday EVER

I feel so loved by everyone around me, but especially by my ((BOUNCE)) girls and boys. This day meant to much to me, there was no other way I wanted to spend my birthday. Thank you for the support and my presents!!!! The constant love i receive from all my regulars, friends and family is something I will never take for granted.
