….AND THATS A WRAP! The past year with you guys has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Although shorter lived than I intended the beautiful people I’ve met, the friendships and community we’ve created and not to mention fitter and stronger… you guys have made it what it has been! For all your sweat, laughs, banter and good times I Thankyou guys! It’s been a hoot! Onwards and upwards, let’s see what 2026 brings! For now enjoy the last few weeks of 2025, Xmas and the restive season! You all deserve it! Thankyou 🙏

In case yaal missed the memo 😉 I’m closing the doors so we have one final time to celebrate the year that’s been! The strength and fitness you’ve grown, the mates you’ve made and the sweaty good times we’ve had. Come down between 3-7. I’ll have a small jumping castle for the little kids, big kids can bring along their bikes and scooters. BYO drinks and nibbles, I’ll have some nibbles there as well. 🙏

They’re coming back to AFH this Sunday between 12-2pm. If you couldn’t make it last time, book your spot this time! It only takes 45 seconds and sends right to your phone. It will be a sure your bone density, muscle and fat composition and then it will break that down to right and left, upper and lower body and trunk. It’s a great way to see what your made of 🤩 Comment below if your interested. $50 payment on the day. Limited spots available
