Doing the 6 weeks women's challenge has been life changing for me.

When I first walked into Honour I was there so my son could try the junior muay thai class because I heard it would help him with his self confidence and I'm so glad we did.

I fell in love with the place straight away.

I needed to get out of my comfort zone and I wanted to show my boy that if I could do it, he could too. Straight away I realised that Nicole was so understanding, welcoming and supportive.

I joined the women's challenge without hesitation and I soon found some amazing women by my side who was just as welcoming, supportive and wonderful as Nicole.

The classes, meal plans & workshops not only changed my body completely, it changed my mind set, confidence and overall well-being as a women and mother.

"When Nicole asked me to do the women’s challenge I was only just starting Muay Thai, my anxiety was running high and mentally was not prepared to what I just signed up to. But I am so glad I did!! I was pushed to a new limit that I never knew I could get to, the whole experience was amazing and a sense of empowerment, the support and the encouragement was above and beyond not just by Nicole but the ladies who were doing the challenge as well and the other trainers.

I tell everyone who asks I did the challenge! Cause I am so damn proud of myself.

To walk away from the 6 weeks I have built my own self esteem up, I’m mentally stronger then ever and prepared to continue my journey without fear of judgement because when I walked in I was not once judged.
This wasn’t just about getting back into exercise and loosing weight for me, it was about a lot of things.

I will recommend honour to everyone who asks! Iv been to other gyms and honestly no place has ever compared!
If your thinking about it, don’t!
Just do it you won’t regret it."

These photos and post that I’m typing are pretty god dam raw.
I went from someone who was running and walking 5 times a week prior and during to covid to next to no exercise.
I was eating for comfort and indulging in wines for pleasure.

In 2021 after the effects of Covid had taken place - I gained 10kg, went through a divorce, sold a house, purchased another house, took on major renovations, started a new relationship and started a new career.
I took on so much to start a new chapter that I forgot to look after my physical health and well being.

After going to Bali recently and watching a video of myself getting in the pool I was saddened and disappointed in myself at the way I looked and how I felt but happy at the same time because I knew now was the time to make change!

I joined honour from word of mouth within the Redlands and recommendations from family, I signed up to the 6 week challenge and boy oh boy do I have no regrets.
As you can see from these photos results speak for themselves.

Nicole was nothing but supportive on this journey and I have also made friends that are supportive and encouraging. I used to think that going to the gym was a chore but I can honestly say I genuinely love getting up at 4.30am 😅 to work out.

There’s no judgment at this gym and when you walk in the door you are part of the Honour family.
So if you’re thinking of doing something for you then this is your place - you won’t regret it!
