10 years with the best .
Unreal to think I have had the chance to work with these amazing people and the 🐐 himself now for a decade.
From humble beginnings not knowing a single thing about helping runners strength train to us creating systems that have helped prepare some incredible athletes to compete to their best every year, win countless National events, World/international events, secure NCAA D1 scholarships and even compete at Olympics.
So thankful for the chance to work with every single one of you.

Personal shout out to Ben - I can honestly say I wouldn’t be in the position I am without your belief and support - Thank you for everything you do for me personally, the opportunities you have created and the help you give these athletes every single day!

Bring on the next 10 ✌️

Best of luck to as she eyes her return for tomorrow!
Alisa has worked her way back from a R Anterior Stabilisation surgery following a traumatic anterior shoulder dislocation.
373 days following surgery she’s back in action 🏉💪 (throw in there a half marathon, prep for a cancelled Noosa swim, and a trip to Europe!!)

It’s a bittersweet moment to have this absolute legend finish up with me this week.

After nearly 8 years of training - 70 odd programs - from a 13 year old kid, through COVID online training, to watching you grow up, finish school, battle injuries, take on the world stage and become the incredible person and athlete you are today.

What a ride (pun intended..), what a privilege to coach you.

I’m so proud of you and everything you have achieved so far , and I can’t wait to see you take the next leap under the guidance of the and .

Great to have .jak down to speak to our SAS+ group (athlete support program) at today. Having now known Jamie for 7 years, working with him as a school aged athlete and now watching him take on the worlds best is a huge honour - very proud of this man, can’t wait to see what 2025 and beyond brings him - Thanks for taking the time to educate and support our up and coming athletes.

Who am I?

My name is Steve Whelan.
Father of four - two boys (one still cooking), two fur kids, and a husband to .

I’m an Exercise Physiologist and S&C coach who’s been in this game since 2011.
Currently I operate from three locations.
- EP/S&C
- Head of S&C
- EP/S&C (New - developing)

This account has a few purposes.
(1) to highlight client/athlete successes
(2) to highlight and educate around key movements/topics related to the clientele I see
(3) to educate upcoming coaches/practitioners on all the good things!

Right now I’m taking on clients specifically related to Youth Sports and Sports Related Injury Rehabilitation.

TOBY TO STANFORD.

Toby embodies every aspect you want to see in an elite athlete - he is respectful, committed, very coachable a supportive teammate and of course extremely good at his craft. This year Toby has gone from strength to strength, winning the National Steeplechase title, achieving World u20s selection to compete in Lima, Peru, and now, committing to Stanford University - no stopping this guy.

Man I are going to be sad to see Tobs go but I can’t want to see what he can achieve. Couldn’t be more proud of not just the athlete Toby is, but the human he is becoming.

Another success - not a coincidence!

GOLD RUSH
It was the girls that stole the show back in April for the 2023 Track and Field National Champs.
These weapons walked away with 3 x Gold and 1 x Silver - amazing effort.

Took the 🥇honours in the Women’s 3k Steeplechase in a wild finish!
A great achievement backing on from World Champs in 2022 and now selected for the AUS Uni Team to compete in China in 2 weeks.

Brought home a 🥇in the u20 100m (PB 11.46) and a 🥈in the 200m (PB 23.61).
Again, a great lead on from a huge 2022 which featured a World u20 selection.

Mads pulled off a story tale finish in the u18 Heptathlon finishing with a commanding 800m win in the seventh event to put herself up into the 🥇and a PB. Could not be prouder of Mads for this performance.

Off to Oregon 🇺🇸

She’s done it!
has officially been selected in the 🇦🇺 team to complete at the 2022 World Athletics Championships in the 3000m Steeplechase.

This is an absolutely huge achievement. It’s no small feat to get this selection, years of hard work and sacrifice. We can’t wait to see you race at the highest level 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
