▪️WHAT IS IT THAT YOU LOVE ABOUT AMPLIFY & HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A MEMBER?
I love the energy and support at Amplify - it’s such a positive environment to train in. I started off as a casual member, did a few challenges, and then became a member early 2025.
▪️HOW HAS THE GYM HELPED YOU ‘AMPLIFY’ YOUR GOALS OR CONFIDENCE, INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE GYM?
It’s helped me build confidence not just physically, but mentally too. I’ve become more disciplined, stronger, and more motivated in other areas of my life as well.
▪️WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE CLASS AT AMPLIFY, AND WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE EXERCISE?
I love both Strength and Circuit classes. Strength because I’m always trying to push myself and get stronger, and Circuit because it’s a good mix and keeps things fun. My favourite exercises would be Deadlifts and Snatches.
▪️HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE THE AMPLIFY COMMUNITY IN 5 WORDS?
Supportive, Encouraging, Welcoming, Fun, Motivating.
▪️HOW DO YOU STAY MOTIVATED ON DAYS YOU DON’T FEEL LIKE WORKING OUT?
I remind myself how good I’ll feel after, and that showing up -even on the hard days - is what builds consistency. Sometimes it’s just about getting through the door.
▪️WHAT IS SOME ADVICE YOU WOULD GIVE TO SOMEONE ABOUT TO TRY AMPLIFY FOR THE FIRST TIME?
Don’t overthink it - just give it a go! Everyone is super welcoming, and you can go at your own pace. The hardest part is starting, but it’s 100% worth it. You will wish you started earlier!
