One of the best things about a day out with Driving Events? The people you share it with. 😊

Every program brings together a different mix- different cars, different backgrounds, different reasons for being there. But by the end of the day everyone's had a laugh, learned something, and left a slightly better driver than when they arrived.

Roads have a habit of surprising you at the worst possible moment.

A hazard that appears from nowhere, a patch of wet road you didn't see coming, a split-second decision that has to be right. These are the moments where training actually pays off; not in a controlled environment, but in real life, with real passengers on board.

Every program at Driving Events is built around exactly this. Because being a confident driver isn't just about getting from A to B. It's about being ready for everything in between.

Got your Ls or Ps? This one's for you- and for whoever's been teaching you too! 🚗

Getting your licence is a big milestone, but the reality is that most new drivers have never been put in a situation where something goes wrong- and had to deal with it.

Defensive Driving changes that. In a single day, you'll work through emergency braking, hazard avoidance, and vehicle control in a safe, supervised environment where making mistakes is actually the point.

For new drivers, it's a confidence boost like no other. For parents, it's the kind of reassurance that's pretty hard to put a price on.

Our instructors are patient, encouraging, and very good at making the whole thing feel a lot less daunting than it sounds. All experience levels welcome- you just need to hold a valid Australian licence.

The Skidpan program is where understanding your car stops being theoretical. You'll spend the day working through oversteer, understeer, and vehicle control at the limit — with experienced instructors guiding every exercise in a safe, low-risk environment.
