Time might be our most precious resource, but most of us act like we've got an endless supply of it.

Your body is like anything else that needs maintaining - ignore it long enough and things start breaking down.

That's when those "I'm too busy" excuses come back to bite you.

The time you spend on your health now is an investment in your future. |

Look, there's plenty of good training programs out there. But the best one is always going to be the one that fits into your life and that you can stick to consistently.
Don't over-complicate it. Find what works for you and maintain a schedule 💪

This is Sheree.

She is a national manager for a large occupational rehab company and is often under a lot of pressure at work.

12 months ago she was just under 100kg and decided to make some drastic changes to her life and nutrition. 

She started at In-house Fitness in December 2023, having already lost a whopping 20 kg.  However she was very weak and had an extreme fear of exercise due to her spinal disorders (spondylolisthesis & SIJ dysfunction) which she had injured in another gym previously.

In the 12 months Sheree has been training, she has literally gone from strength to strength, moving past her anxiety around exercise to become fearless. She is now down to 68kg and wearing dresses 7 sizes smaller.  

Her confidence in the gym has worked its way into her everyday life and she tackles the world with a new found spirit.
