🥋 BIG WEEK AHEAD TEAM! 🔥

This weekend, two of our own are stepping back into competition at the GC Open at Runaway Bay this Sunday! 💪

Now is the time for the whole team to get behind them. Competition prep isn’t just about the two people stepping on the mats — it’s about the team that gets them there.

Come down this week, get some rounds in, give them some hard times in the training room, challenge them, push the pace and help build the confidence they need to represent themselves and Lotus Club with everything they’ve got. 🖤

THURSDAY — NO-GI
Working from tough positions, pressure, scrambles and getting comfortable when things aren’t going our way.

FRIDAY — COMP PREP
Game plans, specific rounds and putting the final pieces together before Sunday.

And most importantly — come down, train hard and show your support. 🙏

Let’s give these guys the preparation they deserve and send them into Sunday knowing their team has their back.

This Friday we’re lucky enough to have Sensei Kaio down at BJJ Lotus Club Canungra to teach the class.

It’s always great to have Sensei Kaio come down and share his high-level knowledge, experience and attention to detail with our members. There’s always something to learn, whether you’re just starting out or have been training for years.
