Finally some relief from the heat and humidity and a lovely downpour of rain.
All the class went out for a run up the hill in the lovely rain followed by some awesome bagwork.

Hope everyone has had a lovely break, class starts back tomorrow night.
It still feels like we are living in a sauna, so it won't be too physical, will focus on goals for the year for each individual student and what they want to focus on and achieve by the end of the year.
