Hey all, you will notice a few of the gym machines are getting covers re done. They will be back on by tomorrow after noon.
The parts for the two out of order treadmills are on their way and also the part needed for the stair climber.
Sorry for taking so long but parts are taking a bit longer than normal to be delivered.

Unfortunately over the past 2 days I have caught over 5 people using the gym when not a member.

If any member is caught training with a non member then your membership will be cancelled automatically.
If anyone spots someone they know is not a member please let me know.
I will be doing spot checks regularly so please do the right thing.

Live fit Gym classes are back starting at 9am and 5:30pm for good old strength training. Come check out the new set up.
We also have the new inside Gym equipment arriving this week so get ready for some even more exciting changes. Bring on 2026 🙌🙌

Our back section slowly getting there. Thanks for all your patients. Fingers crossed the new inside equipment gets here soon so it can all come together.

Happy new year everyone. Classes for the Gym won’t start back until the 12th Jan now due to the renovations. Sorry for any inconvenience but promise it will all be worth the wait!!!! New equipment for inside should arrive late January so please excuse the random placement of machines while we get ready for it 🙂
