It’s with mixed emotions that I share I’ll no longer be teaching Group Fitness Classes at .co___ due to new work commitments.
This decision wasn’t easy, and I’ll truly miss seeing all of your smiling faces each week, sharing in those moments of strength and connection ♥️

A huge thank you to the incredible Eudaimonia team for allowing me to be part of such a special community and space. I’m so grateful for the memories we’ve made together.

While I won’t be leading the classes anymore, I’m excited to continue being a part of this community as an attendee, and I hope to see you all in class soon!

Thank you again for the support, the energy, and the inspiration. Keep moving and stay well! 🩵
