Welcome to the team, Judy!

Judy first joined us as a university placement student while studying Exercise Physiology, and quickly proved she was a great fit for the Benchmark environment.

She brings a strong attention to detail, a genuine care for people, and a real passion for helping others feel confident and capable in their training.

Judy enjoys strength-based training and is particularly interested in working with the general population, including those looking to improve their health, manage injuries, and build confidence in the gym. She also has a growing interest in supporting women throughout their training journey.

She’s continuing to develop her coaching skills with the goal of becoming a highly skilled Exercise Physiologist, focusing on both performance and long-term health outcomes.

You’ll start to see Judy more on the gym floor, make sure you say hello 👋
