If you’re a high performer and not strength training with intent, you’re limiting your potential—your ceiling is set too low. 🚫

By the time you hit 30-35, if you’re not engaging in resistance training, fueling with balanced macros, and maintaining adequate protein, you’re losing 5-10% of muscle mass every decade. And when you hit your 50s? It only accelerates. Healthy muscle isn’t just about looking good—it’s about longevity, vitality, and quality of life. 🧬
