💚🏊‍♂️ WA AGE & OPEN SHORT COURSE STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS | WRAP UP 🏊‍♂️💚

What a fantastic three days of racing from our senior swimmers Ren, Gaby B and Gabby K!

Across the championships, our three swimmers competed in 18 individual events and achieved an incredible 11 PBs — a 61% PB rate! 🔥👏 A fantastic reflection of all the hard work and training that goes on behind the scenes.

🥉 A big congratulations again to Ren, with a standout performance in the 200m Butterfly, swimming a brilliant PB to claim the BRONZE medal! 👏

We are incredibly proud of Ren, Gaby and Gabby for their performances across the meet. 💚🐬

A special thank you to Coach Liz for her support, encouragement and guidance in the lead up to and throughout the championships. 💚

It was also fantastic to have our swimmers’ families and friends cheering them on and providing support throughout the meet.

Another fantastic day of racing for Canning Districts, with Monroe and Ren in the pool today!

🔥 PBs across the board for both swimmers!

👏 Congratulations to Ren, taking an incredible 17 seconds off his PB for 200m fly and gaining another qualifying time for State Championships.

🏊Six years in the making! 🏊

Yesterday saw the return of our Distance Meet for the first time in six years, and what a fantastic afternoon it was!

A huge congratulations to all of our swimmers who challenged themselves by completing a 400m, 800m or 1500m freestyle.

A special thank you to our incredible officials for ensuring the meet ran smoothly, and to our amazing timekeepers and volunteers who kept track of lap counting and splits throughout the event.

🏊💙💚A fantastic Club Night with our friends from Armadale Kelmscott Swimming Club 🏊💙💚

It was a fun evening of great racing, plenty of smiles, and wonderful sportsmanship. Thank you to everyone who came along and helped make it such a great night.

Congratulations to all swimmers for their fantastic efforts, and an extra special shout out to those who took part in their very first race event.

A big thank you to our volunteers, officials, coaches, and supporters for making the evening possible. We look forward to seeing everyone back at the pool again soon!
