Well done to all our athletes who competed at the Athletics West 2025 Fuel to Go & Play State Relay Championships yesterday, on what was an extremely hot day (getting up to 39°C). Also, a huge thank you to all the coaches, families, friends, volunteer officials, and committee members for their ongoing support and helping to organise the day!

Mixed Distance Medley Relay (1200m, 800m, 400m, 1600m):
- The Open Mixed Distance Medley Relay team came in 4th, in a time of 11:05.10.
- The U20 Mixed Distance Medley Relay team won Bronze, in a time of 11:48.54.

Swedish Relay (100m, 300m, 200m, 400m):
- The U17-18 Boys Swedish Relay team won Gold in a time of 2:05.26.

100m Relay:
- The U17-18 Boys 4 x 100m Relay team won Gold in a time of 45.26.

400m Relay:
- The Open Men’s 4 x 400m Relay team came 7th, in a time of 3:46.20.

We held a sausage sizzle at the John Gilmore 10km event last night! It was great to see so many athletes and families come together 🔥

🏃🏃Race Weekend Gold Coast Marathon🏃🏃

Tomorrow one of our new members Karlos or better known as Chef or Boss will be running the streets in Gold Coast.

Previously this year Karlos ran the HBF Run For A Reason Half Marathon in a time of 1:11:15 and placed 2nd. Karlos has been attending sessions on Sunday's and Wednesday's doing his own programs preparing for this event.

Good luck for your Full Marathon Chef and as we all say at training, LET'S COOK BOSS!!!
