Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on:
Saturday 18th July 2026
10:00am
Clifton Oval Clubrooms

This is your opportunity to help shape the future of your club! We invite all members to attend and be part of the conversation.

Voting Eligibility:

To vote, you must be a fully financial member in one of the following categories:

1. Life Member
2. 2025/26 Playing Member
3. Registered 2026/27 Playing or Social (Non-Playing) Member

The AGM will include:

1. The club’s financial position for 2025/26
2. An address from the President and Club Captain
3. All committee positions declared vacant, followed by voting for:

- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Club Captain
- Sponsorship Manager
- Communications Manager
- Operations Manager
- Social Coordinator
- At least 2 x General Committee Members

Thinking of Nominating?
Please review the relevant position descriptions and be aware of the ongoing commitments. These include monthly meetings (usually the first Monday evening of the month), helping at training, setting up gear, bar duties, cleaning, and supporting your fellow committee members.

📣 CAPTAIN ANNOUNCEMENT – 2026/27 SEASON 💙🤍

The CVCC Committee is pleased to announce the first group of captains appointed for the 2026/27 season! 🏏

🔹 Tom Harris – First XI Captain
Tom will once again lead our First XI after an outstanding 2025/26 campaign that saw the side reach the Second Grade Grand Final in the club's first season back in the grade. With valuable experience gained and a talented squad around him, Tom will be looking to build on that momentum and take the team even further this season.

🔹 David Mercer – Second XI Captain
After a fantastic debut season as captain, Dave has been appointed to lead our Second XI in 2026/27. In 2025/26, Dave guided our ODB side all the way to the Grand Final, narrowly missing out on the ultimate prize. Under a new format this season, we're excited to see what Dave can achieve as he looks to go one better.

🔹 Helen Jancey – PSWL Captain
Fresh off leading our women's team to a Premiership in their inaugural season, Helen will once again captain the Happy Realty XI in 2026/27. Helen's leadership, passion and commitment were instrumental in the team's success, and she'll be aiming for back-to-back flags this season.

Congratulations Tom, Dave and Helen on your appointments! 👏

We're all behind you and have no doubt you'll bring your experience, leadership and talent to help drive CVCC success throughout the season.
