Hi everyone 🙂 I have some news. I'm running a Wushu come & try session at Canberra Martial Arts & Fitness in Coombs on Sunday 20 September, 10:30am – 12:00pm. Stances, kicking drills, the five stance fundamentals, some stretching and mobility – and some fun wushu play, anyone can join in whether you've trained for years or never at all.
There's no cost. It's a chance to see who's still keen, because if there's enough interest the club will run Wushu on Sundays from Term 4.

Sunday 20 September, 10:30am – 12:00pm
Wear a T-shirt and tracksuit pants – we train barefoot on the mats.

Apologies for the delay with news on new classes. I will post something soon with details. Things have taken longer to work out than expected, but I should be able to make new class opportunities available soon. Thanks for your patience.

Possible new wushu classes are being worked out and more news may be coming soon. If anyone following this page is interested please keep an eye on the posts and hopefully I’ll have confirmation for you soon if it all comes together.

Happy new year 😊, I hope everyone had a great time through Christmas 🎄 , new years and school holidays. Just wanted to let everyone know that at this stage there is no set date for a return of wushu classes. With a new year I am looking into options for different training venues as the ANU has become very expensive and sometimes difficult due to facilities maintenance. I am also considering different days and times while looking at what would be the best way to continue and develop the wushu academy. With this considered, I apologise that wushu class will not start back immediately. Please keep an eye on the page and your email for further updates. Take care everyone and happy year of the dragon 🐉

Ps If you are still interested in wushu classes and have time, please email me what days and times may work best for you so I can consider all options.
