4 gold medals. 3 National Judo Champions for 2026.
Massive congratulations to Chloe, Aurelia, and Jadyn for representing us with skill and grit. Proud is an understatement.
Big thank you to Sensei Tomo for her high-level coaching and support throughout the campaign.
And to our entire team—this doesn’t happen without you. Champions are built on the mats every day, with teammates who push, challenge, and sharpen each other.

✅ Women’s Only Jiu Jitsu / Judo– Tuesdays & Thursdays
A supportive, beginner‑friendly space for women to build confidence, fitness and real self‑defence skills alongside other women.

New timetable is LIVE 💥
We’ve added fresh lunchtime BJJ classes for adults (gi and no‑gi), and don’t forget our early morning no‑gi sessions for the early birds.
Across the week there are now 20+ adult BJJ classes (gi and no‑gi), plus daily judo and regular Muay Thai so there’s always a time that works for you.
Kids and teens are covered too with separate judo and BJJ classes every day except Sunday – a friendly, structured environment where they can build confidence, discipline and have fun on the mats.
Our members love training here because it’s not just tough rounds – it’s a welcoming crew, fully air‑conditioned space, sprung floors that are kind on the body, and extra tools like our new air rower, air bike and Olympic weights to help them get fitter and stronger between rounds.

We’re excited to launch J‑Girls 2026 at High Rollers Canberra – a fun, safe and empowering 6‑week judo program for girls 8–15, run in partnership with Judo Australia as part of their national J‑Girls initiative.

Through J-Girls, she'll:
✅ Learn self‑defence and body awareness

✅ Build confidence and resilience

✅ Grow physically and mentally

✅ Join a community of strong young women

Judo is a gentle, leverage‑based grappling art ranked among the safest contact sports for kids, and J‑Girls is delivered by accredited coaches with first aid on site.

🗓 Fridays 5–6pm, 6‑week block (commencing 20 Feb)
