A new month, extra weekend classes, and a whole lot of movement ahead! 💚

We LOVE seeing our weekend classes full of smiling faces. If you can't make your booking, please remember to cancel as early as you can. It gives someone on the waitlist the chance to jump in, move their body, and start their weekend feeling amazing.

Well... Kat's little "slept funny" neck twinge turned out to be something a little more serious.

After a trip to hospital, she was diagnosed with a tear in an artery in her neck. Thankfully she's on the road to recovery, but she'll be taking another week away from teaching while she rests and heals.

We're incredibly grateful to our beautiful team of instructors for stepping up, shuffling things around, and making sure our members continue to be looked after while Kat takes the time she needs.

Thank you for all the love, patience and understanding. We know she'll be back doing what she loves as soon as she's medically cleared. ❤️
