A huge and exciting announcement for our X-Hale community 🤍

After an incredible journey building X-Hale Pilates, we are so excited to officially share that Ellie & Kat will be taking over ownership of the studio, with the official handover happening from 1 July.

While this is definitely emotional for us, we truly could not think of two more perfect people to continue the X-Hale community, energy, and vision we have all built together over the years.

To celebrate this next chapter, we would love for you to join us for a casual get together:

Come help us welcome Ellie & Kat, celebrate X-Hale, and say farewell to Sarah & Dan.

Our very first ✨X-Hale Discover✨ class today 💛
Watching the kids move, focus and try Pilates alongside their parents was honestly so special.

They got to see what Mum/Dad does in class… and we got to see just how capable (and adorable) they are 🥹

This is exactly what X-Hale is about — movement, connection, and family.

We loved every second.

X-Hale Discovery | Parent & Child Pilates

X-Hale Discovery is a thoughtfully designed parent and child Pilates experience, created exclusively for X-Hale members and their children aged 7–14. This partnered class combines reformer and mat work to introduce younger movers to Pilates in a safe, supportive, and professionally guided environment.

Train side-by-side as you build strength, improve posture, enhance coordination, and develop lifelong movement habits together. X-Hale Discovery focuses on quality movement and confidence, helping growing bodies feel capable while creating meaningful connection through shared activity.

Whether your child is new to structured exercise or ready to explore Pilates, this class provides a positive and engaging first step. It also forms part of our youth pathway, preparing children for future children-only classes at X-Hale.

Class Details:
Who: X-Hale members and their children (ages 7–14)
When: Saturdays 9:00am – 9:40am
Investment: $15 per session

Please note: A parent or guardian must attend and sign a waiver prior to participation.
