This is what I'm talking about, when I say being relaxed and keeping your head! See how relaxed Buakaw is, he is a perfect example of remaining calm, this is how you should fight if you choose to... Everybody has their own style but having it all together up top under pressure, will give you great advantage over your opponent. Enjoy!

Wednesday night we had the advanced Thai class drilling hip checks for grappling knees, hopefully this helps you out in the grapple. BJJ we drilled 2 more escapes and beginners we worked that fitness. Good work guys thanks for coming. Tonight we have Thai sparring, wicked fitness and crazy monkey, be there!

Ok, we had crazy monkey, wicked fitness and then Thai sparring tonight. Great turn out, awesome energy and some nice flowing rounds performed. Watching the development of you guys is amazing, especially the girls. It's fantastic to you stepping up, sparring and holding your own. Keep doing what your doing have fun, learn and build that game. Thank you.

Well well well... Solid first night, beginners did mock grading, the key things to work are pivot, pad calling and stay relaxed. Jits we worked 2 guard passes for the full hour, so those should stick in the memory bank. Advanced Thai... It was a goodie but an oldie, let's just say it was an eye opener, great work guys. No Rest 4 The Wicked!
