Jigsaw Body Mechanics is a training studio that helps people start or re-start their fitness lifestyle. We specialise in post-surgery exercise, post-physiotherapy exercise progression and entry level exercise for special populations and focus our training around an increase of body awareness, movement patterning and exercise management around chronic conditions. We are located in Phillip and have been open since Jan 2014.
