Ratha Yatra 2026 1st day puja and celebration
– Thursday, 16 July program

Ashadha Shukla Dwitiya is the actual tithi when Rathayatra is celebrated at Puri dham and around India.

We will have our major celebrations on the street of Florey on Sat 18 July from 9 AM.

There will be bhajan and kirtan satsang all evenings from 6-8 PM until Sun 26 July.

So we will organise a puja and small celebration inside the temple on Thursday 16 July.

You are all invited to join on this most auspicious day when the Lord of the Universe joins the devotees and celebrates.

Chappan bhoga will be offered to The Parambrahma Jagannatha. Please bring a sweet dish, flowers or fruits if you like to add yours.

Program schedule for Thursday 16 July

* 5:50 PM – Please arrive at the temple.
* 6:00 PM – Ratha Yatra Puja begins.
* 6:45 PM (latest) – Pahandi Seva commences (expected to conclude by 7:15 PM).
* 7:15 PM onwards – Regular temple Ārati.
* Around 8:00 PM – Shree Jagannatha Prasada. (Bhojan prasad)
