Our committee continues to work hard behind the scenes, and planning for the CCN event November 7-8 is well underway! The event will run over two days (all dressage will be Saturday). XC Course is looking fabulous, and a fresh and shiny new water jump surface! Thank you to our amazing committee for your dedication to eventing in the capital and for delivering such awesome horse trial events ✨✨

Brad of B.E Bobcat and Tipper Service has been working away at the Park for the last week, and countless trucks have delivered the materials required to repair the base of the water jump. Thank you to our XC coordinator Wayne Humphrys and the incredibly capable all round good bloke (Simon Heritage) for overseeing the works, ensuring that the trucks had access! Brad will spread and water the crusher dust tomorrow, and it will safely cure over the period until our event.

Thank you to those who have helped make this all possible - especially those who have scanned the QR code, or made transfers - every contribution has been put to good use.

We request that riders stay away from the water jump, so that it can settle.

This area will be cordoned off, and its first use will be our event in November!

If you're intending to ride on the XC course over the next few days - please be mindful of the earthworks that are occurring around the water jump.

Are you someone who uses the XC course frequently? You're invited to join us doing a few housekeeping tasks such as tidying up all the spare timber - and you're welcome to take some firewoord home! We will be having a BBQ lunch too.
Also - don't forget the AGM on Wednesday evening at the Southern Cross Club in Jamison at 7pm - ALL INVITED!

Local combination Hannah and Tully embarked on a brave journey to Europe to campaign and make a run for World Champs selection. After a successful start to their season in Ireland, Tully sustained a season ending injury in Germany. Please support this fundraiser to bring Tully home safely to heal.

While the weather is chilly, the XC team are working hard to repair the water jump. The jumps around the water have been relocated, and returned once the base has been restored. Please remember in this damp weather take offs and landings can be slippery and repeated use deteriorates the ground, so be mindful!

Don't forget to put your name down for a spot at Harden Horse Trials Association event this weekend - it takes so many people to run an event - and the more that help, the more likely a committee will continue to bust their butts putting on another one!

Check this option and submit the form again if you would like to proceed with changing the repeating pattern and updating spots with assignments. This update will change assignments that participants have signed up for.
