Getting back to where I need to be, still working on holding ankles out of blocks (still not stiff enough). 1.5 hours of drills and finished with 4x100m (fall in and go start).

New junior speed and agility squad for soccer (age 10-11).
Currently group of 3, after another 8-10 members.

Targeting kids wanting to take their soccer to the next level with improved strength, agility and speed.

Depending on demand I may create a second squad.

Competed in Australian masters games last week and pulled out golds in 60m, 100m, 200m and 400m.

Very sore Achilles and ankles but got through it. Having a few weeks break from running to get rid of those pains to avoid long term damage.

Not sure what my first 150m because I forgot to set the finish cone to finish but can't complain too much today. Inside ankle still sore doing bends though.

Full field and back, far 6 yard box and back, fat 18 yard box and back, half way and back, close 18 yard box and back, close 6 yard box and back.
