Week 9 is Here!
We’re heading into the final stretch of Term 3! It’s Week 9 at Forde, Gold Creek and Black Mountain, and Week 7 at Googong.
There’s plenty happening across Aquatots as we head towards the warmer weather. Term 4 changes are now open, make-up lessons are available, Progression Programs are coming up, and our northside swimmers are getting ready for Safer Swimming Water Warrior Week in Week 10!
Keep up the consistency, keep building those skills and let’s finish the term strong. Summer is coming—now is the time to bump up your water time!

Another exciting week is coming up for our Water Wellness families!

This week, we’ll welcome Canberra Sports Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation for an informative physiotherapy session, along with our newest Water Wellness session presented by F45 Ngunnawal & F45 Sandstones.

We’re incredibly grateful to have passionate local businesses sharing their knowledge and supporting parents during the early stages of their parenting journey. Keep an eye on our page as we share more about these wonderful businesses and their sessions throughout the week.

FREE Parent CPR Course ❤️

At Aquatots, creating safer children goes beyond what we teach in the pool. We’re pleased to offer a FREE Parent CPR Course to parents of children enrolled in our program across Term 3 and Term 4.

This session is designed for parents who do not currently hold a valid CPR certificate. It is a CPR course rather than a CPR update, so please only book if you do not have current CPR certification.

Knowing what to do in an emergency is an invaluable skill. This practical session is an opportunity to build your knowledge, confidence and ability to respond when it matters most.

FREE for eligible Aquatots parents (hold a roll over booking for your child term 3 & term 4)

💦 Water Wellness with Can Speak Speech Pathology 💦

This week our Water Wellness families were joined by the wonderful team from Can Speak Speech Pathology, sharing their knowledge, practical tips and support with our newest parents.

We feel incredibly lucky to have such passionate local businesses supporting our Water Wellness program. Bringing together professionals from across our community gives parents the opportunity to ask questions, build connections and learn more about supporting their baby’s development during those important early months.

Water Wellness is so much more than time in the pool — it’s about connection, support, wellbeing and growth for both parents and babies. 💗

A huge congratulations to Jordan on completing her Competitive Strokes qualification!

Another fantastic achievement in Jordan's Aquatots journey, continuing to build her skills, knowledge, and confidence as an instructor and giving her even more tools to help our swimmers progress and achieve their goals.
