The difference between a good rider and a great rider often comes down to how well and how fluidly they can move over their bike. Sometimes if you just can’t seem to find that fluidity yourself, you might be chronically tight in some areas.
This is where a program like this can really help. I’ve been regularly doing this for a while now, but hadn’t done it the past few weeks (Christmas happened) and my riding didn’t feel quite all there. Did back-to-back sessions this morning before my ride and everything just came together without even trying.
