I have been in fitness for the last 10 years and have participated and learnt about various disciplines such as CrossFit, Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, Bodybuilding, Strength Training, Calisthenics and most recently Triathlons. Further I have practiced yoga and meditation since my young years and have experienced the benefits of all-round fitness. Having been a Personal Trainer for the past

2+ years I have gained experience with all age groups with varying goals from General Fitness to Specific training styles. I am a Chartered Accountant as a parallel professional and coach people as a passion project.

Yoga for Mental Health – Free Community Class

Join us for an energizing and holistic yoga session dedicated to mental health and overall wellbeing. This free community event integrates traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga practices, including structured Asanas (physical postures), Pranayama (breathwork), Pratyahara (sense withdrawal), Dharana (concentration), and Dhyana (meditation). Participants will engage in an active practice designed to build strength, enhance mental clarity, and cultivate emotional resilience.

⏰ Time: 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM

📍 Location: F Block Gallery, Gorman Arts Centre, 55 Ainslie Ave, Canberra

Open to everyone—no prior yoga experience required! Bring your yoga mat and join us in fostering mental strength and clarity.
