The next time you compare yourself and fall short, remember that beyond the screen, things look pretty different.

If you’re on a path of improving your health, fitness, relationships or self, and showing up daily to try and do better, you are doing SO much better than you realise 🫶

This is how I personally balance my training while working on both strength AND cardio goals 🤝
If you don’t like running, you can literally do any other type of cardio - the point isn’t to become a runner, it’s to intentionally get your heart rate up so you can work toward becoming your healthiest self 👟❤️‍🔥

For the long run / zone 2 workout, aim to work for 45-60 minutes at a sustained pace. For the shorter, more intense workout, work for 20-25 minutes and finish with 5-8 efforts of 30-60 seconds on, 60-120 seconds off, pushing yourself as hard as you can during your ‘sprint’ efforts.
