How should you set your goals?

The application of this is broad and not limited to fitness but life.

When goal planning, be clear about your objectives, break them into manageable steps, set deadlines, and track progress. Stay adaptable and flexible, but avoid vague, unrealistic goals or overwhelming yourself with too many tasks.

For me, it's the balance between my passion at work and the warmth of home.

✨ I'm beyond blessed to have a job I truly enjoy—it keeps me challenged and growing, like a workout for the mind and soul. 🏋️‍♂️⁣

⁣And then, when I'm done for the day, coming home to my amazing fiancé and our pups is the highlight that lights up everything. 🐾❤️ It's the perfect end to each day.⁣

We got celebrate a little ones 1st birthday, have some quality family time we don't get as much as we would like.

POD 2:
200m Row
10 Devil Press
15 DB Reverse Lunge Per Side
20 Butterfly Sit Ups
25 Sec Air Bike - MAX EFFORT

Each Pod 7 Min AMRAP (As Many Rounds as possible)
1 Min 20 Second rest pod Changeover
Repeat each Pod Twice (Pod1 - pod2 - pod1 - pod 2)
