Hey Team.
Just putting this here if you have ever thought about embarking in a great program!

Teaching has allowed me to be more confidant, stage presence, speaking at presentations or putting my hand up where all eyes are on me.

I started teaching when I was 18 because I love group fitness programs but I was also the most shy, low self confidence, self doubting girl.
This journey taught me that growth really happens in challenges and it can take time, but so worth it.

I now see things in a different light, if I'm facing challenges I get excited 😊 cause it means I'm about grow!

But, it started with something like this...

I just want to say how incredibly grateful I am for every single one of you who shows up to my classes 🤍

Life isn’t always simple on my end with shift work, changing schedules, and juggling family… but you girls continue to meet me there. You adjust, you show up, you bring the energy, and that means more to me than you probably realise.

What we’ve built together is so much more than just a class. It’s a community. We lift each other up, laugh, sweat, and encourage each other!
And honestly, being able to teach you is something I feel so passionate about. It fills my heart every single time.

Thank you for your patience, your support, I don’t take it for granted.
