This is what working WITH your hormones looks like. Three weeks with this legend and the stats don’t lie!

Learning, sticking to the process, doing the work… she turned up every week and just does as I guide her to. That’s how it’s done! ✔️✔️

Hi lovely,

That is a great question, and one I encourage women to ask when looking for support in this space.

I have been a qualified Personal Trainer for over 15 years and have spent much of that time helping women improve their health, fitness, confidence and overall wellbeing through different stages of life.

In addition to my fitness qualifications, I hold specialist training in menopause and perimenopause through the Girls Gone Strong (GGS) Menopause Coaching Certification, which focuses on evidence-based approaches to supporting women through the physical, emotional and lifestyle changes that can occur during this stage.

I am also a HCANZA Certified Health & Wellness Coach, which means my approach goes beyond exercise alone. I work with women on areas such as sleep, stress management, nutrition, behaviour change, habit formation and mindset, as these are often just as important as training when navigating menopause.

Alongside my formal qualifications, I am also a 53-year-old woman currently navigating perimenopause myself. While everyone’s experience is different, I understand firsthand many of the challenges women face and combine both professional knowledge and lived experience to provide practical, compassionate support.

My role is not to diagnose or replace medical advice, but to work alongside your healthcare team and help you create sustainable habits that support your health, strength and wellbeing during this stage of life.

One year ago on this day, CMC welcomed its very first client. ❤️

What started as a dream, a vision and honestly… a little bit of fear… has now grown into a community of incredible women all showing up for themselves in the most powerful ways.

This year has been growth in every sense of the word.
Growth in business.
Growth in confidence.
Growth in knowledge.
And growth in me personally.

It has also come with struggles, long days, self-doubt, financial stress, exhaustion, lessons, setbacks and moments where I questioned if I was capable of building what I imagined.

But amongst all of that has been so much joy.
The kind of joy that comes from watching women become stronger, healthier, more confident and more connected to themselves again.
The kind of joy that can’t be measured in numbers.

CMC has become more than PT sessions or coaching calls. It has become a safe space, a support system and a community filled with women cheering each other on through every season of life.

To every single woman who has trusted me, trained with me, cried with me, laughed with me, messaged me, referred someone, supported my little business or simply followed along… thank you. Truly. ❤️

You are the reason CMC exists.
You are the heart of this community.

One year down… and I honestly feel like we are only just getting started. ✨

CUTENESS ALERT!!! 👇👇

One of my clients brings her beautiful 7-year-old daughter along to her sessions and honestly… it’s the best thing ever. 🥹❤️

This little legend joins in with squats, sit-ups, lunges and so much more, and it’s such a reminder of how powerful it is for our kids to see us moving our bodies, showing up for ourselves and having fun with exercise.

Today during our boxing session, little Miss S decided she wanted to write down the full workout as we went along 😂🥊
We did 4 rounds, she jumped in for 2 of them… and let me tell you, the kid can BOX!!

What you see here is a daughter cheering on her mum while mum absolutely kicked ass. We counted every round down together and by the end… I think mum was VERY happy to hear “last round!” 🥵😂

And honestly… her workout notes might be my favourite thing ever and is etched in my heart.

What she wrote vs what she meant:

• “20 croseS” = 20 crosses
• “5 sqot jumps” = 5 squat jumps
• “wall sit 25 secens” = Wall sit for 25 seconds
• “uper cuts” = Uppercuts
• “lung 5 secens” = Lunges for 5 seconds
• “Monterclimes” = Mountain climbers
• “hie neys” = High knees
• “hoks” = Hooks
• “crunch punch” = Crunch punches

Honestly… iconic 😂👏

I taught my own son (now 26) that exercise could be fun, empowering and part of everyday life… and watching this feels like I get to experience that all over again. ❤️

Little girls grow up to be powerful women… it starts with finding love of movement… I am so passionate about my work.. and today reminds me why I do what I do.

We never really know who is watching us. Sometimes the healthiest thing we can do isn’t just for ourselves… it’s for the little eyes learning from us every single day.

Your healthiest, strongest self doesn’t come from forcing workouts you hate.

It comes from moving your body in ways that make you feel alive and happy. ✨

Exercise doesn’t have to mean always heavy lifting or hours in the gym.

It can be:

• walking in the fresh air
• dancing in your kitchen
• running for your mind
• playing sport with friends
• Pilates, swimming, hiking, cycling
• or simply moving more because it feels GOOD

The best kind of movement is the one you actually enjoy enough to keep doing. 🤍

Especially in midlife, movement should support your body, your energy, your mental health and your confidence and not feel like punishment.

Do more of what you love… ALWAYS

Move in ways that make you feel strong, happy and connected to yourself.

Because consistency comes from enjoyment… not suffering. ✨

Today is about more than just one version of “mum.”

It’s about every woman who gives love, care, safety, and support… in all the ways that matter.

To the mums doing their best every single day, even when they’re exhausted…
To the step mums who chose to love children as their own…
To the foster mums who open their hearts and homes when it’s needed most…
To the mums-to-be, holding hope, dreams, and sometimes fear all at once…
To the grandmums, the anchors of wisdom, strength, and unconditional love…
And to the pet mums, whose love and care is just as real, just as deep…

Today, we see you. 🤍

Motherhood isn’t defined by one path.
It’s in the quiet sacrifices, the late nights, the worrying, the cheering, the holding it all together when no one else sees.

And for those who find today hard…
For the ones missing their mums, longing to be mums, or navigating complicated relationships…
You are held in this too.
