Round 1:
**60/30 & 2 sets**
🔸Single leg tricep dips.
🔸Bench jump.
🔸Single leg lunges.
🔸10 shoulder taps & 2 push ups.
🔸Sprint + burpee.

Round 2:
100 squats - every 20 squats, you do 20 leg raises.
100 lunges - every 20 lunges, you do 20 Jumping Jacks.

It’s a hard one💪🏼

**45/15 x 2 laps **
🔹10 shoulder taps + 2 push ups.
🔹100m run with 2.5kg plate OH.
🔹3 Lateral lunges + 3 squats
🔹4 burpees+ 4 ice skaters.
🔹5 V sit ups + 5 Russian twists

**12AMRAP**
Increasing ladder - after each run, add an extra burpee, squat and push up.
🔹1 burpee.
🔹1 squat.
🔹1 push up.
🔹1 run.

1️⃣ Lateral jump over hurdle + 1 burpee.
2️⃣ Leg raises over hurdle.
3️⃣ 3 Push ups + 10 mountain climbers.
4️⃣ 4 reverse lunges + 4 squats.
5️⃣ 5 frog jumps with plate + 5 jumping jacks.

**AMRAP in 15minutes. Each round is an additional burpee & jump **
🔸Lateral jump over hurdle.
🔸Burpee.
🔸10m walking lunges with a 2 second pulse and plate OH.
🔸Sprint back.
