Train smart with Mary

Train smart with Mary My name is Mary Di Domenico and I am based at the Camperdown Fitness the number 1 Gym in Sydney. We sit down for long hours. There’s no physical stimulus.

My programs are a mix of strength and conditioning that is customised to each client where injury prevention is one of my highest priorities. Hi, I’m Mary, and I love giving people the confidence to achieve the things they want. I was born in the US, raised in Italy, and moved to Australia in 2014. From a young age I’ve been playing sports, and for 7 years I played basketball professionally. When

I got to Australia I realised I wanted to start working as a Personal Trainer. I wanted to teach people how training in the gym can unlock so many different benefits. In our current lives, we keep our minds busy and stimulated but there is nothing in our day-to-day that builds strength in the body. Training in the gym used to be for bodybuilders and athletes, but now everyday people realise how much they can gain from a proper exercise regime. I help people see these benefits. My training is a mix of strength and conditioning that is customised to each client. Injury prevention is one of my highest priorities. When my career started I was collaborating with a Physiotherapist Team at the University of Technology Sydney’s gym, and the knowledge I gained around treating and preventing injuries has shaped the way I train people. I am passionate about the art of weightlifting; expressing and executing strength through flawless movement and sound technique. My goal is to devise personalised programs based on your unique body makeup, to build confidence in what you can achieve in the gym. Training is about health, it’s about building a healthy mind so you can live life to the fullest, and a healthy body that is pain-free and capable. Together we can strengthen the areas you need to work on while minimising your risk of getting injured while you train.

Aging doesn’t hit all at once,
it comes in two waves 🌊

Wave #1 → 40s
Metabolism slows, muscle slides away, inflammation creeps in.

Wave #2 → 60s
Those changes double down + brain & immune systems join the party 😬

Knowing the timeline means you can get ahead of it.
40s = lift, build, protect
60s = strengthen, support, stay sharp

You get ONE body, make the timing count 💥

✨ Ready to age like a badass?

Your routine shouldn’t disappear the moment you pack a suitcase ✈️💪

When training becomes part of your lifestyle, it doesn’t matter where you are, you adapt, you move, you show up.
New city, new gym, same commitment to feeling strong, energised and confident.

Fitness isn’t about perfection.
It’s about consistency, flexibility, and making movement fit your life, not the other way around.

✨ Train anywhere.
✨ Feel good everywhere.
✨ Make it a lifestyle.

DM “Fit Lifestyle” if you ready to make that change ☺️🔥💪

No one is coming to help you, and that’s actually your power.

Real change doesn’t come from motivation, perfect timing, or New Year promises.
It comes from daily decisions.
Showing up when it’s inconvenient.
Choosing strength, physically and mentally, over excuses.

Holidays, stress, work, family… life doesn’t stop.
Neither should your commitment to yourself.

Rest is important, but consistency is what transforms you.
And the people you see in this video?
They decided to take responsibility for their health, and it shows.

If you’re ready to stop waiting and start building a stronger version of yourself,
I’m here to guide you. 💪✨
