Join us for our Spring-Themed Les Mills Launch on Saturday 26 September, as we welcome brand new Les Mills routines and kick off the season with a high-energy workout.

It’s time to shake off winter, get moving and feel strong, energised and ready for spring!

Plus, prizes are up for grabs, so we’re encouraging everyone to arrive in their best spring-themed attire before the workout begins. Think bright colours, florals, flowers, sunshine and all things spring! 🌼🌈
