Group workouts release more endorphins than exercising alone. Since you can't really train Jiu Jitsu alone, there's a built-in system where we build each other up and celebrate each others success. We teach kids to try techniques and concepts without fear of judgement, developing an ego free learning environment. Our kids' classes run 6 days a week, providing content appropriate for each age group building on concepts and techniques from lesson to lesson. The kids have been practising an open guard system (and some passing) for the last few weeks, with our 7-9 and teens class even following along directly with techniques from the adults program!
