Hi team, today we are sharing some tidbits regarding posture.

• The biggest frustration we come across regarding posture is a lack of body awareness which influences individual movement. This means there needs to be a specific plan of attack.
• The quality of our posture can affect the following:
❌ Muscle Recruitment
❌ Range of Motion
❌ Time to Fatigue
❌ General Performance

So here are some quick tips you can implement today:
✅ Foam Roll - A great way to address general tightness that may affect postural alignment (safety note: Never roll your lower back)
✅ Use mirror/camera - These can be a great way to assess your own static & dynamic posture
✅ Use flat surfaces to your advantage - lay on the floor and mindfully make minor adjustments as needed

The above tips are a great starting point but sometimes we are fighting an uphill battle against years of neglect on our bodies.
