HEY MUMMAS 👋🏻 This one’s especially for you.

Our new Wednesday 10:45am Reformer Pilates class will now be offering a crèche service in the adjoining room supervised by our warm and playful dance studio staff 🧡

While your little one remains very close, sometimes closing the door to entirely focus on you might be what you need. 🧡

Bubbas not on the move still welcome to stay with you in ANY classes. Tots on the move and preschool children to enjoy some playtime next door. 🧡

Crèche is included for single class bookings at no extra cost. Members and trials please book your crèche spot online ADDITIONAL to your class. You can attend this class without a child, but all attending children must be booked into the crèche for this session (for the zen🧘🏻‍♀️of all mummas attending) 🧡

Our new Wednesday Reformer Pilates with Crèche means you can enjoy a 45-minute workout while your little one enjoys supervised play in our adjoining closed-door crèche with our Sara Jane Studios team.

Whether you're returning to exercise, looking to build strength, improve mobility, or simply take a well-deserved moment for yourself, we'd love to welcome you.

Chair Yoga is a gentle, accessible practice designed for all abilities, making it a wonderful option for older adults, beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone looking for a supportive way to stay active.

We’re delighted to welcome Gary from Mindful Yoga Practice, who is now offering Chair Yoga classes at our studio 12pm Mondays, as well as Beginners Yoga 6pm Monday evening.
