Cardiff Hawks Aussie Rules Club The Cardiff Hawks are a successful family orientated AFL Club located in Newcastle, New South Wales.

The Hawks were formed in 1968 and compete in the Black Diamond Australian Football League (BDAFL), now the Hunter Central Coast AFL League.

After an incredible season, it all comes down to one final game.

Our boys will take to the field this Sunday looking to be at their absolute best as they face cross-town rivals Warners Bay Red in the 2026 Grand Final!

After a huge home-and-away season, three of our senior sides are heading into Week 1 of finals this Saturday- and we’d love to see plenty of supporters on the sidelines getting behind them!

U14 Boys 🆚 City

Unfortunately, it wasn’t the winning result for our U14 boys, who have been knocked out. A massive effort from the boys and coaches - you should all be proud of what you achieved this season!

U16 Boys 🆚 Maitland

Our U16 boys went down in a great game, but they’re not done yet! 💪 They get a second chance this weekend - bring it on! 🏉🔥

U18 Boys 🆚 City

A fantastic win for our U18 boys, defeating City to book their spot in Round 2 of the Finals! 🎉🏆 What a performance, boys!
