🌿 Stillness in Motion Workshop

💁‍♀️ This month: Moving Into Spring... A gentle spring reset for body and mind.

🌾 As we leave the quieter months of winter behind, this month's workshop will bring a little of the energy of spring into our practice.

🪷 As always, the heart of Stillness in Motion is about slowing down and giving your nervous system a chance to settle

🦋 Through gentle Qigong and Neigong, self-massage, breathing practices and deep relaxation, we'll gradually move from movement, to breath, to stillness

🫖 A peaceful Sunday afternoon to relax, reset and simply take some time for yourself.

💜 As Vicky described her experience at the last workshop:
“It slowly takes you up. It lifts you, and then you feel lighter.”

✅ BYO yoga mat, blanket/throw, pillows and water bottle.
