If youโre in the โstop bowling no balls campโ then youโd prioritise the front crease and treat the stutter and over-striding as secondary.
Likely exaggerating the issue.
What people will likely miss is how the front leg enters FFC.
This is a consequence of the position at BFC.
Which is a consequence of how the left leg recovers as you takeoff for the jump to get into a position to not plant forwards - often pushing over the front line.
Versus being able to pull back into the Snap.
I focused on the running mechanics and Snap. Then at the end addressed the no ball - and we got it to a cm behind. (Plus some poor ones 50cm behind).
