Today we had a session at Siena College for our Futsal in Schools Program with Coach Bruno Cannavan. Girls squad and boys squad - years 7 to 9. It was a great and hot 🥵 day.

Caloundra City Futsal are extremely excited and proud of the announcement made by Football Australia of the appointment of Bruno Cannavan as Futsalroos Assistant Coach.

"Honour to be selected as Assistant Coach of the Australian Futsal National Team. Moved here 6 years ago from Hong Kong 🇭🇰 and couldn't imagine that happening. But I was always doing my best on the pitch and getting ready for all opportunities. Thanks to my family (specially my wife) for the support and their patience. And, of course, thanks to my players, manager and everyone else that crossed paths in futsal with me and helped me to grow as coach.

Futsal came to my life when I was 5 years old in Brazil and never left. It is a dream come true. I really appreciate the opportunity and I'm proud of myself.

Let's work hard and do our best in Thailand next month!"

We would like to congratulate Dallas Dack on winning the MVP and Golden boot with 7 goals at the recent inaugural Australian Futsal Club Championships! Dallas scored 4 goals in the final to help bring home the title for the club. We take pride in the development of our players and our club that is now shining through, with not only the achievements of individual players but also as a collective. Well done Dallas Dack!
