MF Martial Arts Caloundra Welcome to MF Martial arts our main objective is to develop well-rounded students, not only at the academy, but in society as well.

Welcome to the MF Martial Arts Caloundra. MF Caloundra is a family run an operated Martial Arts school based in Caloundra since 2013. We offer classes from as young as 2years of age and above. We cater for all abilities and skill levels! It’s never to early or to late to start. Students at the MF Caloundra learn life skills such as Respect, Discipline, Goal setting, Concentration, Stranger Danger,

Self control and lots more. But most importantly they do it whilst having fun in a warm and welcoming environment. Our method incorportates a range of techniques and styles for a well-balanced self-defence system

MF Caloundra incorporates a combination of techniques and principles from a variety of martial arts styles, including: Karate, Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, martial arts weapons and Kung Fu - all of which provides our students with a well-balanced self-defence system. Happy Monday! We hope you all had a great weekend.

Firstly, a huge CONGRATULATIONS to everyone who attended grading over the weekend! 🥋🎉

We’re incredibly proud of the effort our students put into their grading and it was fantastic to see everyone getting out there and giving it their best.

NEW BELT PRESENTATIONS THIS WEEK!
Students who successfully graded over the weekend will have their new belts presented during their regular classes this week.

For our belt presentations, we ask that ALL students please:
Wear your full MF Gi uniform
Bring your current/existing belt to class, even if you did not attend grading
Once belt presentations have been completed, students are welcome to change into their MF training T-shirt for the remainder of class if they wish.

We’re looking forward to celebrating everyone’s achievements together in class!

IMPORTANT - SPARK MEMBERSHIP TRANSFER:
We’re now completing our transition across to our new Spark system.

If you have not yet completed your membership transfer, please contact us ASAP so we can help get this finalised.

Completing these remaining transfers will allow us to finish moving everyone across and complete our transition to the new system.

If you’re unsure whether you’ve completed your transfer, please get in touch and we can check for you.

🧡💜 SAY NO TO BULLYING WEEK! 💜🧡

Next week we’re adding a little extra colour to our classes for an important reason!

From 17th–22nd August, we’re inviting all of our students to wear something ORANGE or PURPLE to class as we help raise awareness against bullying.

It could be a shirt, headband, socks, wristband — whatever you like! 🧡💜

Martial arts is about so much more than kicks and punches. We want our students to have the confidence to stand up for themselves, the courage to stand up for others, and most importantly, to know the difference between being strong and being a bully.

Together we can help create a safer, kinder and more respectful community.

We can't wait to see a sea of orange and purple in classes next week! 🥋
