Any skill movement requires a certain amount of practice to become proficient. Some skills need more work than others.

Making a plan and knowing what steps you need to take to achieve a skill can speed up the process. Alongside putting in some hard WORK but also being CONSISTENT with it !

Also, master basics of your chosen skill ! It is vital to have a rock solid foundation for more complex skills !

Double unders will not appear in a WOD. Nor will pull ups, toes-to-bar, or muscle ups.

There's a lot of stigma associated with not going "Ass to Grass" with squats. And yes for certain sports like Power Lifting being able to squat below parallel is a requirement. But not everyone is built to be able to squat this low safely ! The bony parts of your hip joints will usually determine how low you should be squatting if you want to stay injury free !
